The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, and having a porch that overlooks an open fairway was perfect for enjoying breakfast outside. The off-road parking was convenient, especially for those planning to play on the nearby golf course. The private bathroom dorm was spacious enough for five of us, and we still had access to a shared bathroom. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even when we encountered a strong smell in our kitchen. Although they were fully booked, they tried everything to alleviate the issue and provided us with air fresheners and homemade remedies. We would definitely return to this motel for its excellent standard and comfort. Whether it's for a relaxing weekend or a base for exploring Central Otago, this accommodation is ideal.

The Lake Dunstan Motel is a clean and comfortable place to stay. It's located right next to a golf course - so you can enjoy watching the golfers play from your room. The staff is friendly and accommodating - allowing early access to the room and providing secure storage for bikes. The motel is also conveniently close to shops and cafes - making it easy to explore the area.

To be quite honest, could not find any faults

Stayed for a business trip and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of meetings. The units were spotless and well-furnished. Appreciated the breathtaking views of the golf course and mountains beyond. The owners were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. , enjoyed the fresh homemade muffins as a welcome treat.

The bathroom was a bit small but manageable. The shower mixer was a little bit unpredictable.

All aspects of the stay were incredibly high standard for a very competitive price. When I am back in the area I will make sure to stay there again!

This motel is located in a convenient area for exploring the town. Within walking distance of various bars and restaurants, it makes it easy to get to various places. , guests have access to a BBQ area, and the rooms are immaculately clean. one of the rooms overlooks the golf course, providing a nice view.

Some early morning noise from other guests departing the motel could be heard from within the rooms, which could be slightly bothersome for light sleepers.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was close to shopping facilities and the hills behind. The hotel facilities were exceptional, and we especially loved the fully equipped kitchen and the free Wifi. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the mall just across the road and the hotel nestled in a quiet area that seemed to always have sunny days. The room was excellent, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with cookware and utensils, and even a dining table. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service and ensuring that my room was always tidy. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the free Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience.
